Originally designed for Knoll in the late 1940s by George Nakashima.

Nakashima is best known for his unique pieces of furniture, which are prized for their respect for the natural forms of the tree and the inherent grain of the wood.

Materials
Constructed from solid American walnut, turned American walnut legs and stretchers, and contrasting hickory spindles, clear low-sheen finish. Nylon glides. Each Chair features George Nakashima's signature under the seat.
